Windsor Regional Hospital Western Campus Redevelopment
This project consisted of construction of a 87,000 sq. ft. building to house a new longer-term mental health program. Also involved were renovations to an existing building including exterior repairs, code required upgrades and upgrades to both the controls and cabs of the elevator that service the building. This redevelopment also included a renovation to the 50,000 sq. ft. Tower building.
The Tower building houses in-patient rehabilitation services with an overall capacity for 65 longer-term mental health beds, 60 rehabilitation service beds, new main entrance and public facilities, renovation for counseling and assessment offices and total reconstruction of three-storeys of existing tower.
