Stephen specializes in the project management of mechanical and electrical systems for a variety of facilities including, healthcare, educational, government, recreational, emergency service and residential. He has specialized in the design of HVAC systems and is part of the mechanical engineering team. 
​He is London office's Director of Projects and has been with V&R since 2004. With responsibility for client relations west of London, including Chatham, Sarnia and Windsor, Stephen has demonstrated exceptional ability in project management and attending to client needs. As the director of projects, Stephen is involved in overseeing project flow, and ensuring a seamless transition throughout a project’s life cycle. As a senior team member of the mechanical department, he is actively involved in reviewing documents, and mentoring engineers-in-training and designers. Stephen has demonstrated an ability to tackle large and complex mechanical design issues and attending to client needs.
