St. Thomas Micro Apartments

This project consists of complete architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the City's Transit Building at 614 Talbot Street to accommodate micro apartments on the second floor. There will be 16, 300 SF micro apartments for residents transitioning from living on the street. The project scope also includes a new ground floor entrance lobby, new elevator, an activity room and counseling space.
