This state of the art, sustainable design multi-functional medical centre is a 170,000 sq. ft. four-storey building with two floors of underground parking. The building incorporates many sustainable design features including geo-thermal heating and cooling.
Directly above the parking levels, the Main Level features “retail” occupancies including: Hair Salon, Bank, Health Food Store, Laser Treatment Clinic, Diagnostic Imaging Suite, Optical Services Store, Dentistry Suite, Chiropractic Clinic, Orthodontics Clinic, Denturist, Physiotherapy Clinic, Foot Care Outlet, Fitness / Exercise Centre, Full Dining / Restaurant, Reception, Control and Admin Offices, Pharmacy and Audiology Clinic.
The surface lot contains 38 parking stalls, plus two loading stalls and a space for a shuttle bus.
Level Two is devoted to offices/clinics for doctors. There is 42 suites in total comprising of 19 single, 8 double and 15 triple suites. This level also incorporates four-day surgery suites and central reception.
Levels Three and Four consist of assisted seniors residence suites and bedrooms. Common solarium/game rooms and central dining rooms are provided one on each level.
