V&R were retained by J. P. Thomson Architects as the mechanical and electrical designers and engineers on the 1,821 SM (including underground parking and private pool) private residence in Mississauga, Ontario.
We provided mechanical and electrical design services for:
-Plumbing (duplex sewage ejector system, duplex sump pump system, 10 roof drains, sound trap system for all plumbing piping, shower steam unit, heat recovery system, intake louvre)
-Septic system & snow melt on driveway; in-floor heating (ground source heat pump system)
-Gas lines; Water Purification & Softener; Sprinklers
-Electrical rough-in; electrical light fixtures
-Automation including audio and video
-Full alarm system/security systems; permanent service connection
-Exterior landscape lighting; generator
-HVAC
