Indian Creek Road Public School- Phase 1 & Phase 2

Indian Creek Road Public School serves the students in Chatham, Ontario. The school provides children with innovative programs that meet the needs of all levels of learning. The school also offers a variety of extra-curricular opportunities that encourage the development of excellence, integrity and respect. In 2016 and 2017, V&R completed a two phase project that included HVAC replacements and interior renovations in both phases.

The mechanical and electrical design services in Phase 1 include the following:
-Upgraded electrical service and domestic water service
-New parking lot lighting
-New LED lighting
-New piping distribution for domestic and hot water heating
-New fire alarm system
-New unit ventilators throughout the classrooms
-New sprinkler system throughout the phase
