This 6-storey + Basement and Mezzanine 49,775 sq. ft. facility is the new home to a number of creative programs and offers students facilities with immediate access to arts, entertainment, parks, shopping and more. This location has expanded Fanshawe College’s course offering, but also helped to build on the revitalization of London’s downtown core. The new facility will be home to about 400 new students and the building at 137 Dundas St. is just the start of the new $40 million downtown campus. Performing Arts students as well the public will be able to enjoy the new “Black Box Space,” a theatre with glass sliding doors, allowing performances to spill out onto Market Lane. McInnis said the space will mimic Toronto’s MuchMusic performance area.
