Vanderwesten & Rutherford were an integral part in the process of both mechanical and electrical system design. The mechanical system required a continuous filtered air system with both temperature and humidity control. The system was an indoor AHU with hot water heating, and DX cooling. Electrical systems included lighting, security and a new service to the building.
