Elgin County Courthouse Provincial Offences Administration Building

The County of Elgin has had the responsibility of administration and prosecution of Provincial Offences charged within Elgin County and St. Thomas since 2001. 

​​Vanderwesten and Rutherford Associates Inc. played an integral part in the process of both mechanical and electrical system designs for the Elgin County Courthouse.

• The mechanical system required a continuous filtered air system with both temperature and humidity control. The system was an indoor AHU with hot water heating (Boiler) and DX cooling.
• Electrical systems included lighting and security and new service to the building.
