Colonel Cameron Public School
Colonel Cameron Public School is one of many schools in the Lambton Kent District School Board that Vanderwesten & Rutherford Associates Inc. has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for. Throughout 2015 to 2019, Colonel Cameron Public School in Corunna, Ontario has undergone various mechanical and electrical upgrades in cohesion with ROA Studio Inc.
In 2015, V&R was retained as the mechanical and electrical engineers to provide a new air handling unit system to replace the existing roof top unit. The new AHU serves approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of space.
In 2017, the public school underwent a full HVAC replacement throughout the building.
In 2019, the scope of work entailed replacing the existing heat pumps that were at the end of their life. Also, new LED lighting was provided throughout the school corridors.
